Matt Simms obviously has great genetics with his father being a former NFL star and his brother who is the starting QB for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Matt Simms is very poised in the pocket and a tremendous leader. Matt Simms has a quick release and above average arm strength.

Matt Simms earned Associated Press All-State honors as a junior. Matt Simms is the son of former New York Giant quarterback Phil Simms and brother of Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Chris Simms.
